Go Ape, the UK’s leading forest adventure company, has been on a mission to help people ‘live life adventurously’ since 2002. But to grow and stay ahead of the competition, they had to broaden their appeal and attract young adults without alienating their core family audience.

It was time for a fresh new look.

A bit of wonk

Inspired by vintage scout badges, the new brand broke away from the trend of minimalist, uniform design. Instead, it embraced a distinct and deliberately wonky aesthetic to reflect Go Ape’s playful and fun-loving nature. The master logo was thoughtfully designed to work easily and efficiently across all platforms, eliminating the need for multiple versions and enabling the in house creative teams to maintain a consistent, engaging brand presence with minimum fuss.
